I was a bit shocked at the subsciption fee and when I read the reason why I thought What's the point of me paying as I don't sell anything, which seems to be the biggest thing, I buy which I can still do! All I am getting is access to a couple of other areas which as stated isn't much.
However after thinking about it for a couple of days, I realised something.......
How much money have I saved by being a member of the club and asking stupid questions on how to repair my car, to get an answer 99% of the time within two hours. I consider this to be worth a tenner a year but this is still free!!
I have been to a few shows and looked at other clubs banners and thought 'why haven't we got that', now I know that this fee will help to provide that.
And finally if we can increase in size, be a professional club and still maintain the friendliness shown when we meet up, then it has to be worth £10.
So after consideration and realisation it get's my vote!!!
Can someone pm me the paypal address again please

The first Show and Shine event was a success, and a quick thank you goes to our 2 judges, Kevin and Josh from Classic ford.
Congratulations, goes to Kylie ( Silver ) our winner with Aaron ( Stoney ) in second place and Chris ( Chris1008 ) in 3rd.
It was a very close competition, and the judges did give a special mention to, Ste ( Escort Ste ), Nathan ( Whiteponyderby ), and Jake ( Escortlad ) , for your hard efforts.
Thanks to all that attended and Martin for sorting the meet point for the Day trippers.

Had a little polish on the weekend, the wheels let it down though
I have a few ideas (not lowering Jake has had too many problems before haha)
Wanting to put white alloys on it,
change the exhaust,
tint the windows,
change the clutch
and a few other little bits, like badges and stickers
Put a little shiny tip on as the other was a bit rusty just for the time being.

My opinion is this....
If you aren't selling nothing changes no reason to complain but if you are selling then you are using the club as a platform to sell (eBay charge commission) this way at least the commission comes back to you in the form of a better club cos it's reinvested in what we all love...our club!
Im all for it and will be paying when I get paid next month.
P.S. TANYA BRANNINGS BOOBS PEOPLE!!!!
